Email Intake Form
The intake form concept can come into use for many different scenarios which is nice but for us it would be even better if we could somehow email the intake form within RepairShopr to the client. We offer onsite pickup and drop off for our clients and this could serve as a form of receipt that we are taking their device.

Hi when we email a intake for to a client if they reply above the line it creates a new ticket?
how do we prevent this

It's a button on the Ticket form where you can optionally email it.

How does this work exactly. Are you marking this live as the email intake form button as been added or does the intake from get sent on ticket creation.

This would be very handy for us as we book a lot of machines in at our shops. If it auto send the form once acceptance of terms via email that's another thing for staff not to forget to do.
We'd find this more useful than the already functioning option to send the initial ticket problem email.

This would be very helpful, even for a shop only environment who wants to provide a drop off receipt for customers, but avoid printing them out and wasting paper.
