Add domain support for clients so you do not need to add every contact in
Would be awesome if instead of adding every contact on the clients site, that if the system could integrate just with a domain.com field. That way anytime client from domain.com is added the ticket is created.
We did add this, there is a link in your Leads Preferences page to the rule engine

Agree with Barry. A setup where clients have domains assigned to them as a field. It auto sorts emails if it matches a domain so you don't have to automatically create contacts for every new contact.

Just looking for your thoughts on an alternate implementation of this that I posted back on 5/11/2016

In order to make this less tedious and error prone I would like to see this implemented differently. A field under the customer called 'email domain' and then a check box under the ticket settings or lead preferences to auto create contacts matching existing customer domains or something like that would be great. Or even parsing the domain based off the email address of the primary contact (ignoring gmail/yahoo/etc) to make this happen. As it stands, we need to make close to 100 rules with the current implementation but we could just bulk import customers and check a box and be done if implemented this way.

This is actually on the Leads Preferences page in Admin, I believe. We have an article on it as well: http://feedback.repairshopr.com/knowledgebase/articles/303457-how-do-i-create-tickets-automatically-from-inbound

Robert - This is the only thing missing in RS for me. I know it's over a year old but do you have any update on this?
