I'm not sure whether you're saying that the tags aren't converting to the actual data when you add the timer charge to the invoice, but in my experience those tags are correctly replaced by the actual data.

I was expecting the default behavior to be overridden by the customized tags, such that *only* the tags I enter would be displayed on the invoices. Instead, the default info (Ticket # {{ticket_number}}, Subject {{ticket_subject}}) is still appended to the end of the data populated by customized tags.

Also, it would be nice if the {{ticket_timer_date}} tag was the abbreviated date as is included with the {{ticket_timer_date_and_times}} tag. I'd rather use the timer date (abbreviated) without the start and end times, because a tech might enter info for multiple timers at some later date, so that the start/end times don't make sense and may appear to overlap.

Overall, I like the ability to customize how the timers appear on the invoice, but the functionality needs to be tweaked/tightened up a bit.

BTW: It would be nice if the date were in a standard format, or one that is easily convertible. The non-standard date used for the "start time" on the tech hours report is useless for sorting, and Excel doesn't have a (that I've found) a built-in function that will convert it to a useful format, so I have to use a custom formula to extract the date.

Planned means we want to do it, not that it’s scheduled for a dev to work on yet.

    Keep voting..

We just scheduled a few tasks that had 70+ votes, we can’t do this before those.

My shop is just moving to RS from a ticket system built in-house, and I used the Toggl API stuff available on GitHub (https://github.com/toggl/toggl_api_docs) so that each of my tech's Toggle timers got pulled into the ticket system. You have to have the main/team Toggl API key and each tech's Toggl API key. It took some trial-and-error and the the functionality was basic (all that we needed), but if I can do it, surely the RS programmers can do it.

This feature would allow for updating quantities and/or adding unbilled time (we're new to RS, so maybe the latter point is a non-issue?).
