Add date of charge to pending ticket charges report (including CSV)

I (try to) use the pending ticket charges report as part of my billing process, but not having the dates of the charges (esp. in the CSV) is a bit frustrating, and such an easy thing to add. Why is that info missing from the report?

        BTW: It would be nice if the date were in a standard format, or one that is easily convertible. The non-standard date used for the "start time" on the tech hours report is useless for sorting, and Excel doesn't have a (that I've found) a built-in function that will convert it to a useful format, so I have to use a custom formula to extract the date.
