Add the location to ticket appointment in the new ticket form
It would be nice to be able to specify the address when creating an appointment while you are creating a ticket. Right now if you want to specify a different address then the contact's main address you have to create the ticket appointment after the ticket is created otherwise the ticket automatically goes with the main address. Then the auto confirmation email is sent with the wrong address, and if you update it there is no update email sent to the client.
We added appointment types, and hooked them into the customer address, more will be coming to tie in the multiple addresses soon – but the primary flow should be working.

This is driving me nuts. Now I have my office do it the long way and it just doesn't flow well with assigning a ticket and scheduling a customer over the phone.
