Printing based on ticket status
Would it be possible to choose the type of ticket being automatically printed based on the status of the ticket, So any 'remote/call-out/onsite visits' tickets wouldn't be printed out unless required but a machine being booked in at the counter will auto print tickets and/or intake forms.
We don’t print them if they have an appointment attached, let us know if this isn’t working for your case.

I agree this would be a helpful feature. We do many online remotes a day, and we create a ticket for each of these remotes. However, we also receive many computers in physically, and it's very nice to have the labels, intake form, tickets and ticket receipts print out automatically. So if there was a way to auto trigger printing based on the actual "Ticket Issue Type" - that would be superb.

I agree! We like the receipt size for in house repairs, but the letter size for onsite repair.
