Cancel Ticket Status
Hi Guys,
Would it be possible to add a "Cancelled" status to tickets? :)
This would be great for future reporting etc as if a client cancels - it's not necessarily "resolved"

There’s a “Canceled” option if you click edit on a ticket. You can also create a “Resolved – Canceled” ticket status if you like.

@Robert. Is there a way to add a Cancelled status that is treated like "Resolved in the aspect that it does not show up on the main tickets page and tickets dashboard by default?

You can do this already.... go to Admin, Under the tickets heading click on Preferences, Then at the bottom you can add it to the "Ticket status list" add whatever statues you want.
Also, if you have Resolved - Canceled then it will mark your tickets as resolved as well as long as you have resolved in the name of the status.
