Canned Response Variables
It would be nice to be able to use variables in the canned responses. Variables like customer name, ticket number, invoice amount, ext.

You are able to use Ticket Template tags in the Canned Responses currently and they will render when sent to the client.

I know this is late but I just searched for this question... but it is in repairshopr and the variables that can be used are here... repairshopr.com/templates/154576/edit
If that link doesn't work, check under templates, and when you click edit the variables show on the left

This one contribution would allow gmail to replace many ticket systems, CRMs, and other whatnots. Great Idea!!! I wonder why Google hasn't picked up on this. ....
