Please add the option to add custom fields to the kiosk mode and also make the email or phone number required but not both, some of our customers don't have a phone number and some don't have an email address and are unable to use the kiosk for express check-in.
We now drive the email and phone requirements off your Customer Preferences requirements for this. We’re not currently planning custom fields for Kiosk Mode but did add a page of PHP code if you want to build your own form using our API: http://feedback.repairshopr.com/knowledgebase/articles/379711-custom-web-form-code-leads-api.

I definetly would like the option to have the phone number as a requirement.
