Use a webcam for customer pictures
It would be nice to be able to use a webcam or mobile device to take a picture of your customer. With a picture at the top of each ticket it would allow the shop workers to know each customer by name much easier, and customers like that :D
This has been in there since we launched, sorry I missed this. Click “Attach File” on the Ticket and there is a webcam option.

Any way to get this to show a thumbnail view of the picture under the "Customer" section of the Ticket? It would be nice to see the thumbnail whenever the picture is open, not just when you click the attachment.
Also, maybe add a way to prompt techs to take a snapshot upon new customer creation? That way as part of the process, they see the button to "Take Customer Picture".

I see the option for attaching a file and attached a picture in both a ticket and the customer profile. I don't see the picture loading anywhere other than clicking on the attachment in the ticket or in the profile.
There should be an option to attach an image in the customer profile and that image should show up in the ticket section and in the ticket itself without having to open attachments. This would make it much easier.

Lol nice. Dunno how I missed it then my post never got responded to so I assumed was being considered. Thanks Try. Almost 1 year in now and I love the software. Having some trouble figuring out how to do the cell phone repair software though...

Again this would be a great idea, and shouldn't be that hard to implement. I would really like for my employees to know my customers all by name. It makes the customers enjoy the experience much more.
