Delete Tickets
Why can't admins delete a ticket? We have a ton of test tickets and mess-ups that we'd like to clear out to properly use statistics. Admins should have this ability.

I noticed that even if their is no invoice or estimates linked... you still can't delete the ticket.
I see that an invoice and estimate can be deleted completely... any reason why tickets can't?
If deleting tickets could cause errors... could a logic check/condition be implemented that would check before a ticket could be deleted (permanently).
Such as...
If no invoices, estimates, or recurring features are connected to a ticket... deletion could be approved.
If not deletion could not be completed until the linked invoices,estimates, recurring features are removed.
Thoughts?

This is a must for cleanup... In my account... I have like 12 test tickets that I can't get rid of... They show up on my portal... On my profile page... everywhere...

Indeed. I completely understand the need for auditing. So, blank tickets can be deleted if they have no linked invoice or estimate. That would work. Further, admins could delete associated invoices and estimates if necessary.
