We also need this feature. The ability to choose in what language to display/print information based on the customer's preference is a must in our market where we are 30% English and 70% French. Maybe with the option to do our own translation?
Was going to post a new thread about French language but found this one. We are looking to get into Quebec and having the French language translation is a must. Any update on having this feature for specified locations?
Basic feature like check-in form have to be translated. I build my own customized check-in based on your web integration code but after registration customer are redirected to basic check-in, its confusing and not professional at all. Ticket description section is half french half English. Thanks page are also need to be translated in french. Also need Customers portal with Device widget. I offer my self to make some translation

The customer portal is already 100% translated to many languages, let us know if you find specific things missing..

I would like the ability to offer a French language Device Widget and Customer Portal. I would be willing to do the translation if I have the tools to do so.
