Thank you for your comment. Is there something specific that you’re seeing can not currently be translated?
Was going to post a new thread about French language but found this one. We are looking to get into Quebec and having the French language translation is a must. Any update on having this feature for specified locations?
Any update on this? Seems like a Big Chain necessity.
any progress on this idea?
This is definitely something we would love to see. Being able to search tickets by IMEI or some other custom field would be very helpful to our large clients.
I agree with this as well. It would be great to assign a custom field per customer. This way we could have IMEI or clients repair number be the subject line.
How should this work:
A) We distribute the shipping/other fees across the items evenly when it goes to quickbooks
B) You have a line item for shipping, and the expense goes there instead

@Troy thanks for the feedback. I am revisiting this issue.
Having it go to quickbooks doesn't reflect my average cost and all my daily sales reports. Having to do this manually is not ideal and could be an optional feature for those who do not require it.
This absolutely needs to be done. When looking at our margins, it does not take into consideration our freight and any duties and taxes (if purchasing from overseas). The only way around this is to have my team do a calculation to distribute these charges evenly over the entire PO. When considering multiple locations, multiple team members, this is something that RS should have the option for. Reports are not very effective if they aren't accurate. 10,000 Votes here!! :)
We were prepping to start this and realized the narrow-scope version we were willing to commit to would just make most people upset that we “built it half way” – but we aren’t in a position to compete with docusign/etc and spend a year building a proper solution.
We could more easily help make a zapier/webmerge solution work if you wanted some automation, if we get a lot of feedback supporting that idea I’ll make it happen pretty quickly.
I agree with this 100%. We have to write it down manually when we print it out.
Has this been implemented? Is it in the works? Kind of strange how you can't add parts to a purchase order via the SKU
