  2. Fix IOS appointment calander

    When trying to create an appointment for a ticket on the IOS app, it won't let me select another day. This bug is on iPhone 6s IOS 10.2.1

  3. Portal Permissions

    Having portal permissions would help separate tickets and billing and assets. I would like any of my contacts for a company to be able to submit a ticket but only a few who can view assets and usually only 1 who can view an invoice.
    Contacts could have check boxes for what's allowed in the portal.

  4. Fix "ticket"on iPhone app

    In the IOS app I cannot create a new ticket because I have a custom field that is required. When I try to create the ticket is says there is a error due to the custom field not being filled out. But the custom field is not on the new ticket section to even fill out (its missing)

  5. Add Employee Clocked In/Out Notification

    It would be nice to get notification each time an employee clocks in or out. That way we know exactly when our employees are available to work when we are not in the office

  6. Show associated Invoice on Ticket page

    I don't see any sort of link to the current associate invoice (or invoices) on the Ticket page. This is causing a hassle because I see the ticket charges, but I'm not sure how many of those charges have already been applied to an invoice. The status of 'Add/View Charges' never changes, even after they've been added to an invoice, so I've accidentally created multiple invoices. Can this be resolved?

  7. Autoprintr suggestion

    Hi guys,

    Here's a quick note about Multi-store operations and how the current Cloud Print service works;

    When Store A makes an invoice, and Store B presses "Print", it will print to Store A, even though Store B pressed print.

    I would love to see an option where, in AutoPrintr, no matter which store makes the invoice, whichever store requests the print, gets the print.

    I would also suggest that for Dymo labels, if possible.

  8. Cannot view all open estimates in customer portal!

    I recently sent 27 repair estimates to a customer and told them to approve/decline in the portal. They approved 8 of them, and there was no activity for another week on the rest.

    Got an email this morning asking when I was going to send the other estimates. Turns out the customer can only see the first 8 in the portal, and there is no "View All" button as there is for Assets, Tickets, and Invoices. I have verified this on multiple browsers and computers.

    Is this normal behavior? I have verified this on multiple computers and browsers. I see…

  9. Collapse individual worksheets

    This is mostly an issue in the app (I'm using an iPad). If more than one worksheet is attached to a ticket, you have to scroll through each worksheet. It would be less annoying if we could collapse an individual worksheet while keeping another open. Also, it's super annoying that every time we update a field, the page refresh takes us back to the top of the ticket. :/ I'm finding the iPad app to be buggy in various, frustrating ways.

  10. Allow multi-techs

    Allow multiple techs to be assigned to a ticket. (We have a lot of tickets that 2 or more techs are assigned to, but only 1 person can receive a ticket status notification at a time.)

  12. Worksheets - option to make them required

    As it currently stands there is no way to make the worksheet required before ticket progress which defeats the purpose of post checklist repairs as techs could just forget to do it.

  13. Email Available Tags - Invoice Total

    It would be great to have <<Invoice Total>> as an available tag in the email template.

    Our old system showed the client what the total was in the email, so they were used to seeing that figure without having to log into the portal or open the PDF.

    As an extension to this, it would be great to also have <<Outstanding Balance>> as a tag as well.

    All invoice tags are supported in invoice email templates. This part of the application needs more documentation. We’re working on it.
    Just put {{invoice_total}} or/and {{invoice_balance_due}}

  14. When reloading customers list on android app, it makes duplicate entries

    When you reload the customer list on the android app, rather than just refreshing the list, it loads the list of customers onto the end of the current list

  16. Add a button that allows you to go to customer wiki from tickets

    I would like a button on the ticket that allows you to go directly to their wiki page. We are trying to encourage use of it and this would help.

  17. Ability to customize the Ticket List view

    When you click on Tickets and it shows the Ticket List, it would be great if there a way to customize the Columns that are displayed. Right now there is a TYPE/BIN that hardly gets used by anyone and I would like to replace it with a column for "Pending Charges" associated with a ticket.   18. Fix estimates so they can be sent to contacts

    Currently estimates are only sent to a primary user. In a multi-level company this just doesn't work. Please make it so they function like a ticket and are send to the contact on the estimate.

    This was implemented a long time ago but maybe not clear because the communication log still had the “main Customer email” in it.

    We just improved this so it allows you to choose who gets the email and it shows the correct email in the log/history.

  19. Editable field on worksheets

    We use worksheets to do assessment on computers. Sometimes a single ticket will have more than one computer, so it would be nice to have an editable field that we can label each worksheet to identify individual computers.

  20. Consider a cleaner ticket layout?

    It would be nice if we could have a cleaner layout of the tickets page for something like this?
