    What is one major thing RS is missing relating to recurring revenues?

    SUBSCRIPTION management. A section in the portal and in their profile labeled subscriptions. Imagine yearly billing for AV... Automatically- It would contain...

    Start/end dates
    Cost per month
    Description of subscription (antivirus, data backup, VoIP service, equipment leases, MSP program, web hosting etc...)
    Contract terms (contract docs, renews automatically, early termination cost, term agreement length, etc)
    Invoice terms (paid monthly by 5th day of each month, late fee of x)

    Clients should be able to see their subscriptions easily. They should be able to request cancelation or…

      We are marking this as done, a big upgrade was done a couple weeks ago.

      We do plan to add some more of this, but we’ll need to come back to it in a few weeks.

    • Integrate with Office 365 Calendars

      We use Office 365 for our techs, it would be nice to be able to integrate with office 365 calendars instead of using seperate gmail accounts for syncing with RepairShopr.

      • SLA Management - Response Time and Resolution Time Promises

        ***THIS IS AN IMPORTANT FEATURE FOR ALL MSP's*** Even companies that only do break fix... Wouldn't you want to see what your response time is? How about your resolution time of each request?

        Both of these time needs are crucial to providing top notch service.

        SLA integration would consist of the following.

        1. Define SLA policies (Response/Resolution time based on priority level) with escalation rules/processes if these times are not met.

        2. SLA Targets will have different Priority levels which adjust Respond and resolution requirements.

        3. Create a fair SLA system - Ability to set business hours and holiday tracking…

        • Integration with GFI MAX Remote Management

          I use GFI MAX Remote Management for almost all my customers. Since I'm mostly a one-man show for now, it helps greatly! Plus, with its Managed Online Backup, Antivirus, and Remote Access, its a awesome tool. They have their own ServiceDesk, but I need billing and CRM with you guys.             • Multiple checklist on a single ticket

              We require our techs to go through series of steps for each type of repair, checking them off as they have been completed. This way, we can pick up right where someone left off. This would be a great feature in RepairShopr!

                We won’t have customer service trained on it until next week, and we’ll have the help pages up then too.

                Try to hold your questions until next week, but if you want to poke around – it will be on the admin page for beta testers this weekend.

              • Stock take alterations

                There needs to be a full reports section for the stock take. As is, if an employee makes the adjustments to match the counts, there is no report to show the adjustments made. This is definitely needed for accounting purposes to show the loss.

                Also, having the ability to add the entire inventory or just certain categories is very important. Having the ability to pick what products/items should be counted is huge.

                    We are going to mark this done as the initial beta is released. There are still a few things to get added to be at feature parity with iOS – worksheets/intake form/etc that will come in the next couple weeks.

                    Once those are released we’ll start adding features to ios/android simultaneously going forward.

                  • Integrate E-commerce Platforms with RS - Sell Services & Products in Sync - BOOM!!

                    This idea is an excerpt from the ever popular "Add ability to sell Serial Number Products in RepairShopr! Antivirus, Backup Software, etc".
                    This is a new thread so the previous idea can be marked as complete (awesome!).

                    Here are the goals:

                    1. Sync Inventory with a shopping cart platform.
                    a. Allows to sell services, client purchases, and all inventory that is in RS on an shopping cart platform
                    b. Ability to turn configure visibility of a RS product on the ecommerce site like a checkbox stating “Show on E-commerce Site” or “Don’t show on E-Commerce Site”

                      This is live for beta testers, live for everyone in a week or two.

                    • Inventory Count (stock take module)

                      It would be nice to have an option for the store manager to conduct a blind inventory count. They could enter in skus and the number of the inventory they have and it could generate a report of it compared to what is supposed to be on hand. It could then give the option to generate adjustments in the inventory.

                        Hey – thanks for voting on this everyone, we have a beta of this out and the final will probably be live for everyone around December 1st 2015.

                        If you are a beta tester, please find the new link to Stock Take on the admin page, or inventory page. Try it out on a small subset of products.

                        There are a couple modes for entry currently. You can just barcode scan from mobile or laptop/etc, you can search for a product and type in how many you have, or you can use the onscreen keypad (ipad?).

                        Let us know if there is another method you’d like to see to speed things up!

                        Here is the idea:

                        It would be great to have a product type that supported Serial Number Sales.

                        Any product that you carry such as:

                        This would be great to have in RepairShopr. Currently we are storing all of our serial numbers either in an excel spreadsheet or in their original physical boxes... both are unsecure and not reliable... but…

                              We would like to have checkbox for "Diagnostic Not Needed" just above "Is work approved to proceed?" Many times when a ticket is created we already no what the problem is and there is no need to do a diagnostic.

                                After an computer has been invoice for 5 Days & Is still sitting in shop, we charge $2 day late fee. Something to keep track of this automatically would be cool.

                                  The Switch User with PIN screen is very handy, but it would be good if this screen could become more of a Lock Screen.

                                  This would allow the terminal to be 'signed out' but not 'logged out' fully.

                                  Eg, a Manager could finish on a terminal and hit Switch User.

                                  The next user to come along can use either their PIN number or full login, but not be able to click close and resume the session with the permissions of the last user.

                                    ScreenConnect is an alternative to LogMeIn/Teamviewer, and almost GFI Max. It doesn't provide as much info as GFI Max does, however it is much cheaper. The fact that it costs $300 per lifetime, and you get to run your own remote server that doesn't cost you anything more, is a huuuge plus. We made the jump when Logmein free went away, and I've loved it ever since. Super easy customization showing our logo, bizname/etc. Don't mean to get too carried away here, but it really has been a huge help since we found it, and I feel if more people…

                                      Sometimes we need to block time out of the schedule for things like interviews or meeting with a potential vendor, or 'personal time' on the calendar. Can we have the ability to schedule things that are not attached to a ticket or customer?

                                        We really need the ability to change the Email Subject for sent invoices. We need dynamic variables like Invoice number.

                                        Right now it just says "Company Name - Invoice Attached"

                                        If you send multiple invoices, the client can miss the additional ones if they have conversation view on. This also adds new ones to old ones, and again the client may miss it.

                                        We need it to have the invoice number in the Subject so that each and every one will be custom. We are able to do this in Quickbooks or Freshbooks.

                                          This suggestion was more about us needing to improve the subject instead of have it be customizable – we have added the invoice number and even the ticket reply tags in case there was a ticket attached. If you still want to make up your own subjects let’s get a new suggestion open for that vs just improving the subject like we’ve done here.

                                        • Bundles in the add/view charges on a ticket

                                          Hi.

                                          Would it be possible to add bundles in the add/view charges on ticket page. That would allow us to add the correct item bundle directly into the ticket and when the ticket is made into a invoice the correct item bundle would automaticly be in the invoice.
