Hey everyone, we had a beta live with a client for a few weeks and then Worldpay had a business shift and moved us from Element to Check Commerce for the back end and it’s been months to try to get it sorted so we can onboard new accounts again. We think we’re close again. I would expect there could be news about this in a few weeks now.

Our plan with this is to build a few options to choose from, with minor things able to be enabled/disabled. These aren’t built in a technology that allows us to make an editor though.
It’s planned, but no estimated time we’ll actually work on it.
Is there any way we could make this a priority? Please? we have over 500 products in store... no way to label them. Name your bribe the team wants, we will volunteer to pay it. Pretty please?
We are going to put ticket comments in the communication log, hopefully that helps this one. Let us know if you really want the new manual log entry after this..
Good progress on this, how could we enable outbound call logs and also call log notes?
If Twilio integration was possible, so would all of that functionality.
