    Yes please, customers are forever confused between Ticket Numbers and Invoices Numbers. If I had the opportunity, it would definitely add a prefix of "I" or "T" - or perhaps RS-I and RS-T.

    Is this still on the way? I need to be able to mark them as sent as sometimes the invoices are printed and handed to customers.

    Paul — Have you seen our new custom widget flows? You should be able to build something like that using that. We also have an API with template you could use if you’re handy with code: http://feedback.repairshopr.com/knowledgebase/articles/376312-repairshopr-http-rest-api-beta. Let us know if one of those will work for you. Also, if you have “automatically create tickets from leads” turned on, these will skip the Leads module.
