Customer Popup Notes
A popup note about a customer would be useful. For example, if a customer has special needs or arrangements, a tech can see that when entering the customer onto a ticker. Also, for customers that wrote bad checks, a popup or option to "Do Not Accept Checks" would be great.
Just launched this with the Customer Custom Fields pop-up type!

This doesn't seem very useful, because the Popup does not show when creating a ticket or POS transaction. It only shows when opening the Customer's profile, which is never done through normal course of business.
For this to be useful, the information needs to be presented every time the customer is selected on any screen.

It should only popup once per "session" - closing the browser and coming back in will trigger it again.. Or, another employee opening that page will trigger it.
It's meant to not annoy you!

I just tried creating one of these and the first time I went to the customer's record, it popped up, but never again. After that it appeared as a text field.
