Customer Referrals linked to existing customers
basically, in addition to the traditional tracking of marketing and such through the referral system, perhaps you could add an option to select current customer and then maybe a check box to select the customer who referred the new customer. would be nice to track our most loyal and referring customers to perhaps send a little gift their way..

Is there a way to give discount to customers who refer others?
A system where when a ticket or invoice is created for the customer some window pops up displaying customer eligibility to receive discount. -

And can we give customers a referral link or ID of some kind so when they email/tweet/post or have a link on their website or blog and someone clicks on it takes them to our new customer widget and automatically tracks a new Lead by who referred them?

We have the referral report that summarizes it in a similar way. The current report provides that summary and you could run totals by copying to Excel pivot tables depending on the picture you're looking for.

Yes... But can I attach that referral to a specific customer? To track how many referrals that person may have brought to us in a calendar year?
