Customer Documents
I'd like to see better document management.
We currently don't have a good, integrated way to consolidate customer documents: network layout, notes for future techs, etc...
The 'notes' section doesn't really allow for good readability. In other words a tech would have to spend a long time getting caught up about someone's environment from the hodge-podge of logs and whatnot. The attachments section would allow for this somewhat, but you'd have a long list of updated documents or be forced to buy into Dropbox. Google Drive or Office365 integration would help if it was designed well...
In other words, I'm not really sure what the solution is, but I know there's a need. Maybe others could make some comments and help flesh it out.
We added a Wiki that you can enable (in the App Center) for each customer account that allows you to have well-formatted notes and also link to external documents saved to Dropbox, Drive, etc.

We would like to be able to email documents that we have set up in the document center to our customers thru the ticket module. without having to upload them each time as an attachment.,
Unless you could give us some other solutions.

We made a new custom field (weblink) and copied the urls (right click cust folder for link) from our google drive for that client, has all the revelvant docs in there - works well for us
