Enable custom coloring on the Ticket Menu

It would be nice if we could create a separate color when "Waiting for Parts" or "Waiting on Customer" etc.. that way if we have 40+ Tickets open we will be able to quickly determine what we have parts for and are able to fix right now or if we are waiting on something or someone and cannot complete the job at this time, it would speed up the process for determining how to prioritize jobs better

    Are you working on this or has it been added? I would really like this feature as others have said it would help our workflow here.

    I think color legend is due of dashboard that should be allowed to be customized. Not by groups.

    I agree; "last updated" status isn't at all relevant to our workflow, it would be much more valuable to be able to assign a color based on ticket status or priority, or at least be able to disable the "last updated" status. As it is now the colors just create visual clutter for us.
