Just like you have Flowroute, best allow Twilio platform as well. Also, since you already have the basic level platform SMS sending from Twilio can you allow us to insert our own phone number from Twilio? This reduces your cost and allows us to keep our branded numbers in use.
This would allow us to maintain analytics fully again also!

We use Twilio and Bandwidth, as well as an inhouse platform, to send SMS. It would be great to allow us to make the decisions that are best for our company and provide integration with providers other than FlowRoute. You already use Twilio for your own SMS, you could extend the use of that to the end users, and their Twilio account. Ultimate solution for our situation is to allow us the control to send SMS messages to our own custom endpoint.
Looking at using ReparShopr. Having Twilio integration could be a deal breaker. I already have a Twilio number that I would like to continue using.
