Custom Phone Number Labels
I think it would be incredibly beneficial to be able to label customer phone numbers with custom labels. Instead of:
Mobile: 515-555-5555
Home: 515-444-4444
You could have something like:
Mark's Cell: 515-555-5555
Katie's Cell: 515-444-4444
Etc, Etc.
It's very hard to know currently exactly who's number you are calling, especially with businesses that may have 4 or 5 different points of contacts, all with cell phones.
Today we released the ability to customize labels. Part of that allows you to add or remove information on the label as you desire. There are tags specifically for phone number that can be used on the labels now!

I still think this is applicable. I like being able to add contacts on a customer, but if they reply to a text using that contact's number (and it's not also listed as a number on the main customer) it shows up as a lead instead of showing up on the ticket they were replying to.
I don't like having to add that phone number in two places, but if I have to add it to the main customer profile, then it would be nice to be able to label it "wife's cell" or "Husband's Cell" or something. It'd be reeealy nice. ;)

Absolutely baffled that this has not been implemented in any way yet. This desperately needs to be implemented.

I agree. Sometimes a customer will bring in a cell phone to repair and we'll put that particular mobile number in our system; however, they'll ask us to call their wife, mom, or sister when completed. It would be nice to be able to enter that information in a custom label field. We tried entering a custom label in the Extension field but apparently it doesn't save if you that value isn't Numberic.
