Allow customization of the Ticket Receipt template
As a technician checking in a customer's computer, I need to print a customized ticket Receipt. I access the Receipt from a Ticket by clicking the PDF button and selecting Receipt.
The resulting PDF output does not seem to be affected by changes I make to the PDF/Email Template > Receipt Configuration. Instead the output contains a bold heading "Ticket Summary."
The Ticket Receipt somehow does seem influenced by certain changes I have made to the Ticket Template. Ticket Template is used to print the "Large" form from the PDF dropdown. I need Large and Receipt to have different information and to be independently customizable.

I need the ability to fully customize all felds so that i can change the output language to suit the requirements of my province.
also need -> having an estimate price or invoice price on the ticket.

We would like the option to not show custom text fields such as Computer Password: on the ticket receipt, but still to allow it to print on Ticket (full) print/PDF.
We want only certain custom fields and checkboxes on the ticket receipt to give to the customer, and all of them on the full ticket print out.
We hand the ticket receipt to the customer on job receipt, and print a full ticket to stick on the equipment and use as a paper copy (we always keep a paper copy and often work from it).

This would be great. We put a copy of the ticket receipt on top of the computer until it can make it to the work bench. It is hard for our staff to be able to read the customer's name on the ticket receipt easily.

Yes, couldn't agree more. We're used to having an estimate price or invoice price on the ticket.
