Free Account for White Label Support Companies
This request may be a bit out of scope but wanted to see if any potential suggestions could be given on how we can approach this. As a single technician under the "One Man Army" plan has been great for me at the current price since it matches our volume coming in. However, like other single technicians I use a white label tech support company to help assist my clients via phone, review ticket updates, etc. Even though they use very few features of the CRM system to help assist us unfortunately this involves an additional cost of additional user on our end. It would be great if we can provide some type of a sub account option (maybe a version of the free account offered to Hobbyists) for these companies. Of course to help combat people from taking advantage of this maybe RepairShopr can have a verified vendor list of current white label support companies helping the tech community. I feel this would really help a lot of technicians in staying with one of the best CRM options out today.

What help desk services are you guys using?
We are using the "One Man Army" plan and RepairShopr has been a huge asset to our business. The only problem is that we have to pay for an additional user just for our help desk to access our tickets. Our help desk does not use any of the features in RepairShopr except looking at tickets when a client calls.
