Custom Terms for Different Ticket Types
I want to be able to enter a custom type of ticket. We will call it purchases. Then I enter the customer's information, attach a photo of their ID, and get them to sign it. This should show a completely different set of terms than the repair ticket. This way you could have a contract guaranteeing that the device you are buying from a customer is not going to be declared by ANYONE lost or stolen. Mine says that if it is they owe me 3x the purchase price within 24 hours, and after that $3500. This makes it worth my while to pass this on to a lawyer, and worth their while to pursue the case, even if chances of collection from a thief is slim. All that would need to be done is for the terms to be changeable on the screen that allows custom fields for different ticket types.
You can find this in the Ticket Types editor

We really need this feature! We have different terms for computer repair customers then we do for our IT customers. Our terms for Flat screen mounting and installations are very different then that of computer repair and IT Support for example. I need to be able to select the "Ticket Type" and it automatically show the related terms info on the invoice for that ticket.

Nathan -- I misspoke and it's under Inventory settings: http://note.io/1DcSDWq. The button then shows under Invoices and you can manage customer purchases there: http://feedback.repairshopr.com/knowledgebase/articles/298837-how-does-the-customer-purchases-system-work. This is our v1.0 of the feature with improvements planned for the future.

This is what I'm currently using. I use a PDF signer to do this. I need this functionality built into the program one way or the other.

I found out where it is (it is on the inventory page).
I need an eSignature option on that page with custom terms and conditions. That there is the whole crux of the matter, and could work as an alternative to using it as a custom ticket type.

I do not see that option when I look for it.
