Allowing attachments in emails sent to customers
When we do water damage repairs, being able to send pictures of the device to customers via email would be really cool.
This works in a couple different places, marking as complete.

Does it show somewhere in ticket comments that this file was attached to a comment?
Having documentation is important.

Here is how it works currently, similar in a few places where you can email a customer. Uploads are selectable..

Please explain how this currently works and where?
Also, on the flip side it would be very helpful if when customers sent in replies with attachements they werent dropped by the system. If there was a way to store those and put a link to them in the reply that would be amazingly useful

This is already a feature. Are you talking add an attachment at the time of the email instead of selecting it from the already attached items?

For mail in repair, pictures of damage is key. I would SO LOVE to see this!

To be able to attach documents to the email would be great to reinforce the information provided to the customer - helps them respond quicker back to us
