    Our plan with this is to build a few options to choose from, with minor things able to be enabled/disabled. These aren’t built in a technology that allows us to make an editor though.

    It’s planned, but no estimated time we’ll actually work on it.

    It would be great to be able to adjust the size and content on Ticket Labels. If this was something that was also generated when a new ticket was created that would be a clever feature as well.

    Ideally the Ticket Details could be a template to adjust information to make it an effective tool.

    I was thinking that offering a third option in Customer Purchases would be great to add to this idea. Sometimes we get a phone that we are not ready to put into inventory and we need to create a ticket to do something with it first. Adding a project management element would truly make RS complete for our repair tracking needs.
