Our primary CC processing is Square as well. We love the flexibility and quick payments, as others have mentioned. The ability to receive funds next day especially when involving hardware purchases is extremely helpful to our company. We currently use a PC for writing up our tickets, etc and then have a iPad at the front for processing the payments with Square and using the RS iOS App. The inconvenience of having to take the payment on the iPad and then go back to the PC to print the receipt is annoying, but works. Integrating Square to work with the web based RS would be an extremely helpful add-on to the product. Also to be able to integrate Square payment processing into the online portal for customers to pay with their credit card would be great also. We have a processing account with QB as well but we don't use it because of their delay in releasing funds.
