    Seeing the months of silence on your post, I thought we would post too. As another Mac only shop we have RS auto print PDFs and save them all to a local server so we have copies outside the cloud. We have moved to a model where we tell customers we prefer to email all paperwork and will print invoices, tickets, etc on request. Yes we have to do the cumbersome open a PDF and print it, but with our volume of 80 customer touches per day, we print less then 10% of those on paper.

    Even running the Sales Detail Report and including serial numbers would make the CSV searchable

    I agree that Users should be able to set a starting PO number and it seems like two years is a long time for no response. I would share with Greg that you can edit the PO number after it is auto generated. In my case I normally have multiple vendors with open POs at the same time so it is easy to track what number I used most recently and add 1.
