Add notes on invoice

I'm sure i've mentioned this before but i cannot find it anywhere..
At the moment you only get the option to add "Entire" ticket notes which adds absolutely everything you add to the ticket on the invoice this can be rather messy and makes the invoices look well...ugly...
What i'd like is to be able to customise what goes on the invoice for e.g you could have the ability to add {ticketcompletednotes} as part of the invoice template editor - using the above would only add completed notes - that alone is a perfect example...
That is the way i would prefer it but if that wasn't possible, perhaps make it possible for the "tech notes" section of the invoice to be inputted onto the invoice?
The reason i want this so much is because we like our customers knowing what they have paid for on the invoice, our previous CRM software did this and now what we don't have it, i find people calling up and actually asking, what was included in this cost?
Just to give you an example of what we'd use it for
A customer calls up and we make a booking, we either go out or they come in... Once its been all fixed and resolved, we create the invoice from the invoice would state on the bottom what we did..... so just as a example
- Serviced PC
- Removed Battery
- Tested Battery
- Remove Malware
- Checked start-up settings
- Replaced Hard Drive
- Install Windows
- Windows Updates
- Installed Essential Applications
Now when they receive the invoice, they see what they have paid for...

We have the templates setup so that you can include ticket comments on the invoices, that actually should be the default when you setup your account.
In the scenario you describe, it really sounds like those notes could be on an invoice line item, or on the attached ticket, and that history will be available to everyone.
