I suggest you ...

Be able to tie in assets after ticket creation.

After ticket information is entered for a customer, there is no way to tie in an asset into it.

    Hi Greg:
    1) go to the ticket you created without the asset
    2) click the 'change' button at the top of the 'Ticket Info' box (top left hand corner)
    3) click the 'Assets' button at the bottom of the left hand column
    4) click the green button (create asset - new window)
    all done - new asset added after ticket creation
    hope this helps
