Add Custom Comment Types
Right now there is a set amount of ticket comment subjects. It would be great to be able to add custom options. That could also help with the ticket automations.
I really would like this feature to be added. I'm working on an automation that will add tasks to a list for my techs so they don't forget to follow up on tickets. A "To Do" or "Follow Up" subject for comments would be great.

I completely agree as well. One Ticket comment we would like to add is a "To Do" comment option
I would also like to see this feature implemented please.

Yes, i totally agree...
Im from Czech Republic and i want my own custom comment subjects because our clients need completely Czech email notifications...
I will be really glad for this option...
