We have standing weekly and monthly maintenance appointments. Without this feature we have a very hard time making sure everything makes it on the calendar

We need a way for recurring tickets to create corresponding calendar items. or recurring appointments.

We still really need this or something like this. Is there anything in place for this now?
I dont want to have to constantly make spreed sheets for customers that don't want to use the list of invoices on the customer portal

This is still an issue for us. We have recurring maintenance appointments for many of our business customers. We have the recurring tickets being made but the attached appointments are not always making it to the calendar. We really need a way to have the appointments show up on the calendar automatically along with the associated ticket. It would be great also if there was the option to have it set appointments for specific days ie: the second Thursday of every month.
