I agree with you 100%! I also want to thank you for coming up with something the RS people will actually listen to.
Does your solution account for where the personal email and business email is the same? Current RS does not and it's annoying. When I asked about it I was told "To bad, that's how it works." I have several business owners that are also personal clients, a couple of them only use one email but don't pay personal expenses from business accounts.

We were prepping to start this and realized the narrow-scope version we were willing to commit to would just make most people upset that we “built it half way” – but we aren’t in a position to compete with docusign/etc and spend a year building a proper solution.
We could more easily help make a zapier/webmerge solution work if you wanted some automation, if we get a lot of feedback supporting that idea I’ll make it happen pretty quickly.

Ad-Hock looks like just an email to me and nothing to do with sending the invoice. I have no idea if sending an email to the email on the ticket it's self even works. Why is there no way to send the invoice to the invoice contact with out sending to the contact address as well? In a system that is supposed to make your life easier, why would you ever want to create a pdf then manually send that?
