Customer Created Ticket Notification
Need a notification option for when a customer creates a ticket for "New Support Request" in their portal. That would help elevate the delay in noticing it on board or ticket screen.

Can you use the notification center for this now?

I don't believe this allows you to monitor tickets created in the customer portal unless you monitor all new tickets, which for a busy store can create a lot of unneeded emails.
