Improving leads and kiosk mode
I'm planning to place a customer check-in kiosk in the store so that we don't have customers waiting if they are just coming by to drop off an item for repair(basically have a self-serve drop off station). Also for "frequent flyers" customers that use us constantly the will have a way to add a new item/ticket without re-entering their information but just the item and problem. Also would really love to have more options such as what accessories are being dropped off with the item and model number and brand as well but these are optional so they can leave them blank but makes it so much easier and faster for the super user customers to get in and out quickly. Also PLEASE PLEASE if you can make these additions to leads, can you also give the option of having the customer see our custom terms/conditions that they must agree to before they submit the new lead for approval, would be really nice to have a quick receipt printed or emailed by our kiosk to make the drop off completely automated, customers and techs will love this, I think. Please vote if you would also want to see this added or have additional ideas or suggestions how I can achieve this by some other software or such, willing to pay for the kiosk idea done for us, thank you in advance.
We now have at least 4 different ways of doing this, especially the self-service module, and the API – I’m going to call this complete.
If one of the pre-made ones doesn’t do what you are describing – I’m sure you can get it taken care of with a custom form and the leads API.

How do you turn the "Kiosk" mode off? We want to enter "Leads" manually where we can see all of the leads information such as "Sales Funnel, Appointment, Attachements, etc. But when we click on "Leads" in the Navigation bar at the top it takes us to the "Leads" page but the only way to enter a new lead is through the "kiosk" mode. Is there a way to turn off "kiosk Mode" and enter Leads simply as "New Leads?"
