An option for customers to check in their device before physically coming into the shop. Similar to a lot of urgent care clinics do currently. A customer would be able to access a form online, that would allow them to input their contact details, computer details, symptoms etc all before they physically come to the office. So when they come by the shop, they can just drop the device off, sign that were taking it, and be on their way.
