allow technician change for ticket timer
As a manager I sometimes need to update notes for a technician. Right now it attaches my name to the notes or the timer. I would like for administrators to be able to change who the technician is on both the timer and the ticket notes.
As long as it's limited to select Admin users and the changes are shown in the change history then it could be handy at times, particularly when checking jobs at billing time.

I can't believe this isn't available already. What is the point of having multiple techs log time and the admin can't edit, modify, or add missing time entries!
