The primary language of the software and our staff is English. We do have customers from all over the world, and make a best effort at having the app be usable by people that have a wide variety of primary languages.

Here are some ways we help with that:
  1. Our template system allows you to change nearly 100% of the labels on print outs and emails coming from the system
  2. The customer portal, which your customers see when interacting with their account online, can be translated via a 3rd party tool we've purchased.
