How to change the associated ticket number on an invoice

Perhaps you created an invoice for a customer, and then later created a ticket associated with that invoice. Or maybe you created an invoice from the ticket, but need it associated to another ticket instead.

Either way, the app has you covered. Just open up your invoice and click the 'Change' button next to 'Invoice Details':

Next select the ticket number under the 'Related Ticket' drop-down, and update the invoice:

Now you should see the ticket number associated with the invoice on the main invoice page:
