TeamViewer Integration

Easily create remote sessions from your Tickets by integrating with TeamViewer.

Getting Started...

First, you will need a TeamViewer account already set up. Once this is complete, open RepairShopr and head to the TeamViewer app card under Apps. Click the Connect button to authenticate your account.

Navigate to any Ticket and there will now be a new button available to create a TeamViewer Session.

Click the Create TeamViewer Session button to start a new session. 

The session will be created, and you will be provided with the TeamViewer Supporter Link which you may click to load into the session. Your customer can be sent the Customer Link.

You can also see which Tickets have a Teamviewer session available right in the Tickets tab by looking for the lifesaver icon in the 'Status' column like below:
