Set or Change Location

This article applies only to Big Chain/multi-location accounts.

When you go to a specific store to work, you can set your location so that you see tickets and inventory for that location only.

First, you will need ensure you are allowed to work in that location. See add locations to users to learn how.

To set or change your location,

  1. In the upper right, click your name > Change Location.
  2. Click the desired location under the NAME column. Or, if you want to switch back to all locations, in the upper right click the All Locations button.
  3. Your name will now show the selected location by it.
