Not Receiving RMM Alerts

Most notifications require you to set the preference in the Notification Center in order for you to specify how you would like to be alerted. To do this,

  1. Navigate to Admin > Notification Center.
  2. Click the desired Notification Set.
  3. Next to RMM Alert - was created, check the boxes for the desired notification methods, such as Email and SMS.
  4. Click Update Notification Set.
