    We use the reminder system for phone messages - it would really, really be beneficial if we got an email or a text message letting us know it exists.... Otherwise it sits there till the next time I sit still... if I am making money - I'm not sitting still... get it?!

    Update Subject: Initial Issue

    Message: Appointment Booking at Wed 12-30-15 10:00 AM

    Replace initial issue with a free form text line or text box gathered from the user that gives us usable information

    Planned means we want to do it, not that it’s scheduled for a dev to work on yet.
