    For IT Pros/MSPs you can now set override prices per customer via a contract. The rest of this might take a bit longer

    This is exactly the feature I am currently looking for. Right now I have found a way to manually do a loyalty program with Repairshopr, but it's going to require too much work to actually do it. An automated plugin would be great!
