This would be handy for me for a different reason, it would be a better way to sell vouchers for future repairs

This would be excellent for follow up emails to Leads as a reminder of the quote that we have given them

Would everyone please add a comment to this and give a sentence or two about how they would like the integration to work?
- Eg, is it with a cloud shipping service?
- Do you download a file which some desktop app is able to open to make a label?
- Please let us know in the comments how this could work in your situation so we can get an idea what is involved

Dear Troy,
What we would need in that sense would be a generic API, which can be used for multiple shipping companies (we would need to use different ones depending on location). If the system could automatically do this by transferring the customer's name, address, phone number to an online booking system, which would then transfer the tracking information back to RS, that would be the ideal.

I know some users here are saying that a ticket should be raised regardless, but I think having the option to simply create an item in the parts section alone would be much better.
For example, On some occasions, I use the parts section for ordering some parts that are needed from time to time, but not often enough to warrant creating an inventory item for them (older camera lenses). This for me is the perfect use of the parts section, including linking the part to the ticket.
Other times, I may have to order 5-10 units of a particular part that is quite cheap, but it's more pre-emptive, as we may need them in the future. I don't want to create an inventory item, as it may not be ordered again, and there's no specific ticket to link it to, so I essentially need a 'general' part order that's isolated from all other RS modules until we decide otherwise.

Hey everyone – we have added the “Sync to QuickBooks Online” bit for beta_testers, if you are not a beta tester currently, you will get this feature in a couple weeks. We are not accepting new beta testers at this time.
For those of you that are beta testers, please visit QuickBooks settings in RepairShopr and select your Accounts Payable account for PO’s to sync to in QB and let us know here in the comments what feedback you have for it!
Thanks!

If you could also make the title of each item on a PO a link to that item in the inventory, it would save me so much time. At the moment, I can't even highlight the text to copy/paste it to the inventory to check the item.

Please let this be done, I'm in the middle of searching by eye, through 63 pages of diabled items to find something.
