An error occurred while saving the comment Need to exchange a part that has been paid for that failed in the warranty period. How do I receive the broken part into inventory and do a rework?

An error occurred while saving the comment Totally agree! I print a QR code on my labler of the URL page of the ticket. I scan the QR code when out in the field and it brings up the ticket instantly. The RS app does not work. I do not know what the use of the APP is for. It does not work as well as the web based document.
Printing a QR code on the ticket would be FANTASTIC.

An error occurred while saving the comment I just got a customer where they have 300 plus systems that I will be generating a FMV (Fair Market Valuation) and the RS system has a very good setup for evaluation of the equipment. I can add a custom field that I can input my comments and then create a valuation field for the estimated value of the equipment. The ability to download the report is already there with the CSV format.

An error occurred while saving the comment We have multiple accounts that are managed by one company (Hospital managed by ASSET Company. We work at hospital and get paid by ASSET Company) WHAT HAPPEND TO THE ADDITIONAL EMAIL Field? It was our work around. Now we have to created dummy emails for the new account because the account is managed by the ASSET Company. Very frustrating to work around. The suggestions from Brad and Jacob make sense. HELP!!!!!

We create training kits with 20 or so parts that we inventory. Would be nice to select one part number and all the individual inventory items get pulled.
