Limit employee access to certain IP addresses

You can specify which IP addresses are allowed to access the site. This only applies to non-global admins. Global Admins can always access the site from anywhere.

  1. Navigate to Admin > Employees - Preferences.
  2. In the List of Allowed IPs field, add all the public IP addresses of technicians and other staff (not their names) to allow them access to the site.
  3. Click Save.

 

You can also see the immediate history of your employees' sessions from Admin > Users. The software does not log a history of access.
