Sync Tickets and Invoices to Dropbox

You can automatically sync new tickets to Dropbox, and if you'd like you can also sync new invoices. This will give you the convenience of having backups of these PDFs outside our software, and will let you use Dropbox features such as "previous versions."

Start by navigating to Admin > App Center > Dropbox.

Sign in to your Dropbox account and then grant our application the permission to access its own folder inside your Dropbox (Dropbox/Apps/RepairShopr).

All new tickets will be automatically synced to Dropbox/Apps/RepairShopr/Tickets, after ticket creation and after every ticket comment.

If you would also like invoices to sync, navigate to Admin > Invoice Preferences and choose "Save Invoices to Dropbox".

New invoices will be automatically synced to Dropbox/Apps/RepairShopr/Invoices every time the invoice is changed.
